Genesis Chapter 9 - Post Flood Blessing, Laws, Rainbow Covenant and Canaan's Curse
Jehovah blesses Noah, his family and the animals. Tells all to be fruitful and become many and fill the earth. God further informs Noah that the animals will begin to fear men and that he (God) gives all animals as food for man with the one prohibition that the animal flesh must not be eaten with its soul, the blood.
Next is the law of murder, God states he will ask back for souls that are slain, whether by man or animal. Then states, "Anyone shedding Man's blood, by Man his own blood will be shed."
Establishes a covenant that no more will all flesh be cut off by means of flood waters. Gives the sign of the rainbow as the sign of the covenant.
Noah's sons are Shem, Ham and Japheth. Ham's son is Canaan.
Noah plants a vineyard, makes wine and in drinking the wine becomes drunk and uncovers himself in his tent. Ham see's his Father's nakedness and tells his brothers. Shem and Japheth respectfully cover their father without looking upon his nakedness. When Noah awakes and learns what happened he curses Canaan and blesses Shem and Japheth.
Noah lives for 350 years after the flood, and died at 950 years.

I have read some sources that suggest Canaan may have raped Noah while Noah was drunk.
The Book of Enoch states that the fallen angels introduced deviant sexual practises to Man prior to the flood, including homosexuality and Bestiality. It is positive that Noah's sons probably knew of the practise, but this account indicates Canaan certainly knew of the practise.
An because he was born after the Flood, He would have only found out from one of the other family members.
On the prohibition of eating Blood.
I find it interesting that the bible indicates that the "life is in the blood."
I also have wondered if before the Flood the demons used blood in some way for their "physical bodies" or the Nephilim drank or ate blood.
Whatever happened then is only speculation now, but the prohibition against consuming Blood is clear.
